First Step Design was contacted by Phoenyx Contracting to help a potential client with a second floor addition.  The priorities were timing and budget. The homeowners needed the construction done as soon as possible and to keep the project within budget.  First Step Design set a clear direction in terms of design and execution.  The project was completed favourably within four months.
