The homeowners were a growing family and needed more space. They also loved where they lived and didn’t see themselves moving out of their neighbourhood.  First Step Design worked with the homeowners to incorporate an additional 1500 square feet while maintaining the original feel of their cape cod style home.  The homeowners had specific goals in mind for their project and Cindy worked with them to achieve these successfully.
